Success Center
Student Success → Success Center is the daily workspace for advisors and student-success staff. It has five tabs, and the tab you are on is kept in the page address so the browser’s Back button and bookmarks work.
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Advisor Brief (default) | The students who need attention this week, each with a recommended action. |
| Dashboard | Live tiles for your caseload: active caseload, at risk, watchlist, thriving, escalations awaiting review, cohort moves this week. Each tile opens the matching filtered list. Customize shows or hides tiles and remembers your choice. Cards below show the weekly risk cohorts with their top reasons, generated insights, and “where to look first”. |
| My Students | The roster, with filters, natural-language queries and the columns that come from your SIS and LMS. |
| Interventions | Read-only monitoring of deployed intervention agents: engagement funnel, channel and grade-level breakdowns, engagement buckets and intervention performance. |
| Reporting Dashboard | A report builder (name, metric category, data points, date range, filters, cohort), saved reports, scheduled delivery by email, and CSV export for roles with export data. |
Which students you see
Section titled “Which students you see”- An Advisor sees the students assigned to their caseload.
- Roles with full student access (Admin and Dean by default) see every student at the institution.
The same rule applies everywhere: the roster, the brief, reports and the AI assistant’s student tools. Students imported from your SIS start on nobody’s caseload; Unifuse support assigns caseloads during onboarding.
Permissions used on these screens
Section titled “Permissions used on these screens”| Action | Permission |
