**Enrollment → Document Analysis** processes transcripts, applications and supplementary
materials: it extracts the data they contain and checks their integrity.

## Before you start

- You need *view doc processing* to open the screen and *manage doc processing* to upload.
- Documents from connected systems arrive through [Integrations](/integrations/overview/)
  (the **Connections** button goes there).

## Upload a document

1. Select **Manual Upload**.
2. Drop a PDF, text, PNG or JPEG file on the dialog, or select it.
3. Select **Start processing**.

When processing finishes, the dialog shows a **Processed** banner with the extraction
confidence, the **Extracted data** (fields, and for transcripts a table of courses with code,
title, term, grade and credits), and the **Integrity check** with a risk level, its rationale
and any flags. **Upload another** or **Open in Transcripts**.

## Tabs

- **Document Dashboard**: documents processed, average extraction confidence, fraud-flagged,
pending review, and a breakdown by status.
- **Transcripts**: the transcript processor, with extracted data, outstanding requirements
and the integrity check for each transcript.
- **Application Fraud Detector**: documents whose integrity check raised flags.

## Review

Documents that need a person wait on the review queue, where a reviewer can **Approve** or
**Reject** with notes. They also appear under
[Requires human attention](/enrollment/overview/#requires-human-attention) on the
Enrollment Overview.
